Meridian Air Charter ( headquartered at teterboro airport with global capabilities) just completed a successful trip to India on a Bombardier Global Express. 

Meridian air charter has a diverse fleet of charter aircraft as well as global access to numerous aircraft from audited affiliates.

Working on another trip to India. Will either go on a Global Express or GV.

Recently, aviation safety giant Wyvern Consulting, Ltd. performed a recurrent on-site charter audit of General Aviation Flying Service, Inc. dba Meridian Air Charter (certificate IMJA053F) FAR 135 operations. Meridian, located at Teterboro Airport (KTEB) in Teterboro, New Jersey, currently has 14 aircraft listed on its most recent D085, dated July 14, 2009. Also a CharterX Professional member, Meridian has provided the New York metropolitan area with a high-quality selection of private jets and aircraft charter since 1946.

Meridian Teterboro Voted Best of the Busiest Worldwide on AIN FBO survey !

Meridan Teterboro was voted the best of the busiest FBOs worldwide as well as taking the #5 spot in the U.S. and Canada FBOs surveyed.

The survey results include the U.S. and Canada top rated facilities according to the responses of  pilots, dispatchers and users of FBOs. The catagories that users were asked to rate were line service, passenger amenitities, pilot services, and facilities

According to AIN: ” Meridian Teterboro is a new addition to the Top Ten list with a rating of 8.74, up from last year’s 8.59, although it should be noted that under the new system, Meridian would have been number 10 last year. This year it comes in at # 5″.   .

Meridian Jet Center is Venue for APU Training classes

Meridian Jet Center invited aviation maintenance technicians fom the NY- NJ area to an APU training class held at the Meridian Teterboro location at 485 industrial Avenue - Teterboro Airport

Meridian Jet Center’s awarded Maintenance crew train regularly to keep current. They are regular recipients of the The Aviation Maintenance Technician Awards (AMT). The awards are issued based on the amount of training receivedin one calendar year. The AMT awards program has five levels, or phases,of recognition.
